With this order you will receive a loaf of our Scandinavian-style brown bread.

Just like our nut and seed bread, the brown bread is dense and hearty! Each half loaf will slice into 8 moderately thick slices of bread. This bread is made with soaked oats, walnuts, apricots, cocoa, molasses, coffee, fennel seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup, psyllium husk, and sea salt.

It’s a nice balance between richness, depth, and slightly sweet. We recommend toasting each slice and topping it with your favorite nut butters, butter or butter alternative, cheeses, fruit, ferments! It’s truly a ton of fun to see and listen to all of the amazing creations our customers have invented using our bread as their base and their inspiration. We love all of your wonderful experiments.

Each half loaf weighs approximately 2lbs and is hearty enough to truly satiate. This is perfect for slicing and freezing, it will last in the freezer for months before any loss to texture or flavor occurs. Like all of our baked goods, this is gluten free, vegan, and made with organic/non-gmo ingredients.
