With this order you will receive our Scandinavian nut and seed bread.

This bread is absolutely delicious— dense, hearty, and perfect for any time of day! Each half loaf will slice into 8 moderately thick slices of bread.

We recommend toasting each slice and topping it with your favorite nut butters, butter or butter alternative, pestos, cheeses, fruit, ferments! It’s truly a ton of fun to see and listen to all of the amazing creations our customers have invented using our bread as their base and their inspiration. We love all of your wonderful experiments.

These loaves are made with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, local maple, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, and sea salt. Each half loaf weighs approximately 2lbs and is hearty enough to truly satiate. This is perfect for slicing and freezing, it will last in the freezer for months before any loss to texture or flavor occurs. Like all of our baked goods, this is gluten free, vegan, and made with organic/non-gmo ingredients
